Use these prompts on your journey of self discovery. They will help you uncover your current limiting beliefs and the thoughts you have about yourself. By answering these you will uncover your deep seated beliefs in different areas of your life. Get Cozy and Let's Begin:
  1. How would you describe yourself in three words? Why do these words feel true to you?

  2. When you think about your goals, do you see yourself as someone capable of achieving them? Why or why not?
